Writings of the Pale Watcher

Each of you have become Chosen. The Chosen are not bound to the will of the elements, but the opposite is in fact true. The elements now serve you as well as you are able to command them and have no power over your will. They ask only that you command them well and to change the world in their name.

During times of strife when the great powers of Life and Death struggle for dominance over territory, each of the Elements choose a champion to fight on their behalf. No element will ever choose more than a single champion in any conflict. Should a champion fall, the element which it serves shall too become subservient. In such a way can a Chosen gain more power.

You are limited in how much you can channel at a time. You must rest in order to recharge your abilities. As you become greater and have more influence in the realm of creation, so too will your abilities to channel the elements grow. You will be able to channel more elements at once as well as being able channel more between resting.

Elements are not as oil and water. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Elements mix readily and willingly. Use this to your advantage, Chosen.

There are many ways to channel the Elements. Not all Elements do everything equally well. Never forget to play to the strength of your element.

The Elements only come forth when the walls between planes weakens. These are times of great change and strife in the world of creation. The Agents of Life and Death will struggle for control of this world. You are now free to choose what to do in the name of your element.
